Create a Test Order

Create a test order to see how benefits apply from a specific template.  Use a test customer profile - this may be a profile that already exists in your POS or you may create a new customer during this process.

Select/Create a Test Customer for the Sale

• Click on the "Enroll" button on your Templates page.
• Search for customer using email or phone. Partial query data may be used, for example, if a customer email address is [e-mail] and you enter search term "smith" in the Email field, this customer will appear in the results.
• If you have no existing customers, select "Create New Customer". It is recommended that you use an email address that you have access to in order to receive the enrollment email.

Disable Billing

• Enable 'Collect Payment Offline'
  • If left unchecked, customer will be charged to their card on file (if present). 
  • Enabling 'Collect Payment Offline' simulates a cash sale at the POS.
• Add Discount
  • Click the grey 'Add Discount' option.
  • Select the '%' option
  • Set the 'Discount' field value to 100%
• Click "Create Subscription"
