If you are using Submatic with the Square Appointments app you may need to redeem coupons for appointments. To redeem a Coupon that has been issued by Submatic in the Square Appointments app:
- Locate the relevant appointment on your Calendar and tap on it
- Tap "Review and Check Out"
- Tap "Add Item or Discount":
- Tap "Redeem Rewards":
- Tap "Apply" next to the relevant coupon. Tap the "x" icon to close the coupon window.
- The coupon will be applied to the order as long as the sale contains eligible items/services.
