Use your Shop Page to give customers a way to purchase or sign up directly. Your Shop Page is a dedicated page where your publicly visible Templates appear.
Manage your Shop Page from:
- Settings (general Shop Page settings)
- Templates (individual options that can appear for purchase/enrollment)
The sample store featured in the below image has two templates set up to be displayed on the Shop page.
General Settings
- Go to Submatic Settings > Store Settings and scroll to the "Shop Page Settings" section
- Preview your Shop page by clicking on "Your Shop Page Link". The URL for your Shop page is static and you may link to it directly from your website.
- Customize the text that appears at the top of your Shop Page in the "Shop Page Header" field.
- Set a redirect URL in the "Customer Redirect URL Field". Any time a customer completes a purchase from your Shop Page they will be directed to this URL.
- Customize your font by setting "Use Custom Font" to Yes. Find more information on setting up a custom font here.
- Customize the Shop Page button color by selecting a color or entering a hex code. The default value is a blue color with hex #0d6efd.
Templates
Each Template that you create may be made available for purchase on your Shop Page. Manage the appearance and settings for each Template in the "Shop Page Settings" section of the Template page. The following fields are available:
- Template Image: Add a picture for your template. This is optional.
- Display on Shop Page (checkbox): If this is checked the Template will appear on your public shop page.
- Include Terms (checkbox): Include any terms that are specific to the purchase such as cancellation or refund terms. The customer will be required to check a box to acknowledge agreement to the terms.
- Allow Gift Purchase (checkbox): If you check this a Gift option will appear for the Template.
- Short Description: A brief description that appears on the Shop Page overview for each Template.
- Description: A description that appears on the Template purchase page.
Template Groups
You have the ability to create Template Groups which are displayed on your Shop Page. This can be useful if you offer many options and want to give customers an organized structure of purchase options.
For example if you are a salon offering a monthly membership as well as multiple package purchase options, you can use Template Groups to display two options on your main Shop page. One button is for a specific template while another button is for multiple templates (a group).
To create a Template Group:
- Click the "Add To Group" button next to the Template that you would like to add to a group
- If you are creating a new Group enter the Group Name and click "Add To New Group". Or view existing Groups below and click "Add To Group" to add to an existing group.
- When you create a new group it will not automatically appear on your Shop page. If you would like the group to show on your Shop page (as opposed to the individual Templates) click on "Edit" to the right of the group name, add a check in the "Display on Shop Page" box and Save.
- You may also add a picture and description for the Template Group which will appear on your Shop Page if the Template Group is publicly visible.
Display Order
To adjust the Display Order of your Templates use the arrow icons in the Display Order column.
The Display Order on your Templates page will update as you click, and the same order will appear on your Shop page for all Templates that are set to be visible.
