Shipping rate tiers allow you to offer different shipping costs based on the number of products in a customer's order. You can create multiple tiers that automatically apply different shipping rates depending on how many items a customer is purchasing. The tiers work on a threshold basis - once a customer's order meets or exceeds the minimum product count for a tier, that tier's shipping rate applies.
Create / Manage Shipping Rate Tiers
- Navigate to Submatic Settings > Business
- Click on the Shipping Tab
- Click "Manage Shipping Rate Tiers"
- To add a new tier click "Create Shipping Rate Tier" or manage existing tier groups that appear on the page.
- Add / Edit your "Tier Group Label" at the top of the page
- Add / Edit individual tiers by adding a Product Count and Shipping Rate
- Click "Save Shipping Tiers"
Here's the above tier group works:
- Tier 1: 1-3 products = $9.95 shipping
- Tier 2: 4-5 products = $14.95 shipping
- Tier 3: 6-9 products = $19.95 shipping
- Tier 4: 10+ products = $24.95 (this is a catch-all tier)
