You may upgrade or downgrade a subscription/membership plan from the "Subscriptions" page. To change a specific subscription plan:
- Click "Manage"
- Click "Change Plan"
- A dialogue box will appear. Select the new Template/Plan to use. Only plans that have the same billing frequency as the existing plan will appear.
- Click "Confirm Change"
Changes will show on the template immediately but the customer will not receive their updated benefits until their next billing cycle. If a subscription has a pending plan update then a message will appear at the top of the subscription to let you know about the scheduled change.
