You have the the ability to offer your members a mobile wallet pass which can be saved on an Apple or Google mobile device. Use the mobile wallet pass to:
- Offer customers a digital card that confirms their membership
- Scan a barcode to identify members at your POS
- Confirm member information and status via the text fields that appear on the pass
Enable Mobile Wallet
- Go to Submatic Settings > Business > Mobile Wallet
- Select "Yes" for "Offer Mobile Wallet Passes?"
- Add your artwork:
- Wallet Logo: use a square image
- Wallet banner image: 1132 pixels wide by 432 pixels tall is the optimized size though any image with a similar aspect ratio (~2.6 to 1) will work
- Set your pass background color
- Select a barcode format (or remove barcode by selecting "No Barcode")
- Click Save

How do customers access the wallet pass?
- In their sign up / renewal emails: Once you enable the Wallet Pass in Submatic, customers will receive a link via email to download their wallet pass. The link directs the customer to a page with links for their Apple or Google wallet pass.
- Online Lookup Page: Customer may enter the email address associated with their account on this page https://submatic.io/pass-lookup. If the email provided matches one for which an active wallet pass is available, Submatic will send an email to the provided address with a wallet pass link
- Log into account: Customers may log in at https://submatic.io/login and access their wallet pass from the Subscriptions (or Passes) page. A "Mobile Pass" link appears on the "Manage" menu.
