You may create a customer group in Submatic on the Customers page. Customer groups can be used with the Subscription Migration function. Customer Groups also allow you to segment subscribers for analysis or reporting purposes.
To use Customer Groups:
1. Go to the Customers Page
2. Check the checkbox next to a customer name
3. Click the "Add Customers To Group" button
4. If you would like to create a new Group add a Group Name and click "Create Customer Group"
Or use an existing group that appears below the create button. To add selected customers to that existing group check the checkbox next to the existing group name and click "Submit".
