There are multiple ways to create a new order (new package or subscription sale) in Submatic. These include:
- Customer Sign Up Via Shop Page
- POS Sale of Linked Product
- Internally via Submatic Account:
- Click on the "Create Order" button on your Templates page
- Search for customer using email or phone. Partial query data may be used, for example if a customer email address is jane.smith@example.com and you enter search term "smith" in the Email field, this customer will appear in the results.
- Click "Select Customer"
- If the customer has a credit card on file you may use that as the method of payment. Or if you will collect the payment separately check the "Collect Payment Offline" box.
- Confirm details that are populated from the template that you selected. If you wish to make any changes to the order such as add a discount you may do so on this page.
- Click the confirmation button at the bottom of the page to create the new order (new subscription or package sale).
